Mayhew Kittens Named After the Late David Bowie

With the very sad news that David Bowie passed away last Sunday after a battle with Cancer, we have joined the world in remembering this incredibly talented man and his out-standing career.

As a tribute to Bowie our cattery staff named three gorgeous kittens in his honour after his famous alter ego and hit song; Ziggy, Stardust and Major Tom.

Our three lovely Bowie kittens were an unwanted litter who were handed over to us last week. Our staff and volunteers have since been giving the kittens the celebrity treatment, and have made sure that they feel safe, cosy and secure.

Ziggy, Stardust and Major Tom are not ready for adoption yet, but we will continue to give them some “Modern Love”.

    Rest in peace David Bowie.
